Through the contact form we process: full name, company name, e-mail, phone, project location and the content of the message, including attached files. We process this data solely to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs (IP address, access time) are processed for the security and stability of the website (legitimate interest).

We keep inquiries for the duration of the communication and for a maximum of 24 months [CONFIRM] after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises from the cooperation.

We do not sell data or pass it to third parties, except to service providers necessary for the operation of the website (hosting, e-mail): [LIST OF PROCESSORS — CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING]. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA.
